Adam has secured over $650MM in grants and tax credits for projects. Some of his recent engagement highlights include obtaining some of the largest incentives ever awarded by the state of New Jersey (totaling $350MM), securing low-cost hydro power for the world’s largest stock exchange, negotiating tax-increment financing (TIF) for a Fortune 500 firm.

Prior to Sterling Point Capital, Adam was the Business Incentives Practice Leader-Northeast for the global financial firm Duff & Phelps where he pursued incentives for Fortune 500 firms in Asia, Africa, Europe and across North America. He holds a B.S. in Physics from the University of Massachusetts, an MBA from Rensselaer where he participated in an exchange program with the University of Singapore.
Adam enjoys cooking, fly-fishing and spending time building memories with his wife and son.
